Welcome to the
University of Ottawa Chapter

Our first chapter started in Canada’s capital city! With over 43,000 students, the University of Ottawa is the world’s largest bilingual university. With 74 undergraduate STEM degree options, you’re sure to find one that fits you perfectly. Many degrees can be completed in English or French – or a combination of both!

uOttawa is a research-intensive institution, with over 1100 teaching and research laboratories on campus. 91% of uOttawa students participate in hands-on learning during their degree! There are also extensive co-op and work-study programs, which provide students with valuable work experience and help to finance their degrees.

Ottawa is a great city to call home. It consistently ranks as one of Canada’s most livable cities, and you’re sure to find opportunity there, whether in government, one of the 3 colleges and universities, or in the private sector.
